Zendigi Shipping Policy

On this page you will find all shipping details and delivery terms on the Zendigi website. Placing an order constitutes confirmation of the complete shipping policy.

Shipping via Courier Company All products on the website are shipped via an external courier company only. Zendigi will transfer the items and the address provided when placing the order to the courier company. Shipping fees are added to the payment for the items and are paid at the time of ordering. Shipping fees apply to one address only regardless of the number of items in the order. Shipping fees cannot be canceled except in accordance with the law only.

Delivery Times Product delivery will be made within up to 14 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday between 09:00 and 17:00. An order placed after 15:00 or on a non-business day will be considered an order placed on the next business day.

Possible Delays Delays may occur during Israeli holidays or during peak periods such as online shopping campaigns including Shopping IL and Black Friday. Delivery to remote settlements, moshavim, kibbutzim, and regional councils may be extended according to the courier company's schedules. The maximum time for home delivery is 21 business days.

Courier Company Responsibility Actual completion of delivery is the full responsibility of the courier company. Zendigi is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or non-delivery resulting from the external company's operations.

Incorrect Address or Missing Details Delay or non-delivery caused as a result of providing an incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete address is not Zendigi's responsibility. If additional shipping is required, the customer will be charged additional costs.

Service Limitations Israel Post service is not supported. Zendigi does not ship to areas with restricted access for security reasons.

Force Majeure Zendigi is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including emergency situations, war, hostile actions, strikes, natural disasters, supplier and manufacturer failures, or any other factor beyond the company's control.
