Repair Service

Our bags are made to last for years, so every Zendigi bag comes with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. If a fault is discovered in stitching, straps, lining, or connections, we'll repair it for you with love. Zippers and outlet products are not covered by warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

In the first three months from purchase, we provide repair service at no cost, and after that the repair cost is only 50 NIS.

To submit a bag for repair, you can choose between independent submission to us or courier at a cost of 33 NIS each way. Average repair processing time is up to 21 business days. It's important to submit the bag completely empty, clean, and inside a fabric bag. A bag that arrives dirty or without a bag will be charged 20 NIS for a new bag. Important to know: The repair service is an ancillary service and is not part of the purchase commitment. At the same time, we have no responsibility for the product from the moment it is submitted for repair including transportation, storage, and work execution stages. When you submit a bag to us for repair, we treat it in the way that's best for it according to our experience and knowledge. Submitting the bag means you trust us to do it the way we know how, and there is no possibility to appeal the repair method we chose.

After 10 years of operation, our location at Dizengoff Center has closed and we are in a transition period on the way to opening our new location in spring/summer 2026. During this period there is no active repair service and no acceptance of bags for repair of any kind.
