Zendigi Warranty and Care Instructions

Our bags are handcrafted with precision in our Tel Aviv studio using high-quality vegan materials and a lot of love. To ensure your bag remains beautiful, strong, and functional over time, we recommend following these guidelines.

Care Instructions

  • Weight Distribution: Carry the bag using both shoulder straps to balance the weight evenly and maintain the strength of the stitching.

  • Safety: Keep the bag away from sharp objects, heated surfaces, or open flames.

  • Contact: Avoid any contact between the bag and the eyes or mouth.

  • Surface Protection: We recommend not placing the bag on rough or excessively dirty surfaces to prevent fabric abrasion.

  • Cleaning: For light cleaning, use a damp cloth or a dry cloth lightly sprayed with a general cleaning mist. Do not machine wash the bag and do not spray cleaning products directly onto the fabric.

  • Prohibitions: Never use acetone or turpentine.

Warranty Details

  • 3-Month Warranty: For the first three months from the date of purchase, we provide a full warranty that includes free repair or a replacement product, at our professional discretion and subject to proper use according to the instructions.

  • Coverage: The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in stitching or raw materials. It does not apply to damage caused by improper use, such as broken or detached zippers, or holes caused by contact with sharp objects.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to OUTLET products.

Repair Service

  • In cases where a repair is possible, the repair cost ranges between 50 to 110 ILS, depending on the type of repair.

  • Zendigi reserves the right to refuse a repair based on professional judgment.

  • Note: After years of use, it might simply be time to treat yourself to a new bag.

Repair Submission Process

  • The bag must be submitted completely empty, clean, and inside a cloth bag.

  • Any bag submitted dirty or without a cloth bag will incur an additional 20 ILS fee for the cloth bag.

  • Timeline: Repair time is an estimate of up to 21 business days.

  • Liability: Zendigi bears no responsibility for the product at any stage once submitted for repair, including during transportation, storage, or the repair process itself. Submitting the bag constitutes full agreement to these terms and a complete waiver of any claims in this matter.

  • Nature of Service: This is a supplemental service and is not part of the original purchase obligation.

  • Collection: Once the repair is complete, you will be notified. The bag must be collected within 7 business days.

  • Return Shipping: You may request to receive the repaired bag via delivery for a fee of 33 ILS.

Please Note

  • The repair service is not part of the purchase obligation and is provided as a complementary service only at our discretion.

  • The warranty does not apply to products purchased in the OUTLET category.

Update – December 2025

Our repair service is currently inactive. You may submit bags for repair, but they will be processed only after our transition period ends, upon our return to full activity and the opening of our new location in the Spring. We will publish an official update here and on all our official channels as soon as the service resumes.
