At ZENDIGI you have up to 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return or exchange an item.
Returned products must arrive in completely new condition with no signs of use and with the original packaging included.
Home pickup for a return costs 33 ILS.
Home pickup for an exchange costs 66 ILS.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
According to Israeli law a cancellation fee of 5%of the order value or 100 ILS whichever is lower applies and an additional processing fee of 9 shekels is required.
Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
Items purchased from the Outlet or Clearance category are final sale with no returns exchanges repairs or customer service after purchase. These items are sold as is at a significantly reduced price and should be reviewed carefully before buying.
